Women's Political Representation across all levels - community, local, state and national is a mere 5.7% according to a research survey we conducted between 2016 and 2017. Patriarchy is at the root of this scenario that is worse than Africa's regional average.
If we can change this narrative to 35%, more women will benefit economically. This is a clarion call to all members on this platform to help us change this narrative in the face of upcoming February 2019 general elections in Nigeria. We need resources for mobilization. Kindly assist

If you are in countries like South Africa, Rwanda, and Europe that have achieved more than 50% women representation, we would appreciate your tool kit so we can curate and replicate in Nigeria

Thank you Jlanghus for your kind words of encouragement especially in the face of dwindling resources for women's work. We are undeterred and would keep at it. Best regards,

You're welcome:) Perhaps you could look on the "community" page and do a filter by country and reach out to the people with common interests and see if they can help or collaborate with your great idea?
