Leaders are Learners that is why they are constantly in training. In leadership Who you know is important. But WHAT you know is the link that ties you to the people you are call to serve.
THREE QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF WHEN YOU SERVE
1. When did I serve someone with satisfaction for the last time ?
2. When was I satisfied the last time I was served?
3. How I would want to be remembered as a Leader?
There are 2 ways to
succeed in life.
Each path provides you with distinct experiences, challenges and opportunities.
-An open heart is a prerequisite for service.
-No amount of money, achievement or celebrity can compare to the feeling you get when you make a positive difference in someone’s life.
Happiness, contrary to what you see on television or advertised in magazines, is derived not from accumulating wealth or becoming famous but from making a positive difference in the world.
People will forget what you said. They may forget what you did. But they will never forget how you made them feel.
