I have always been considered as strange even among my peers for as long as I can remember. Being highly sensitive to the needs of others sometimes left me vulnerable for exploitation. I saw an imperfect world with so much pain everywhere - in the faces of orphans, the. Poor, widows, the destitute. I realized my dream as I told my dad at the age of 10 "Daddy I want to work in WHO so that I can help the suffering, the sick and those in pain". I guess I saw through their eyes. This forged me in being a Pharmacist. With this in mind, I forged forward, looking for voluntary work in order to gain experience and because I felt a deep sense of satisfaction in helping others. I volunteered for Red Cross society, Charity organizations and health organizations. Eventually I came across World Pulse through Olutosin Oladosu Adebowale. She was an inspiration. A breath of fresh air as I watch her work and helped whenever I could. What can I say, but that it feels good thinking about the needs of others, not only about mine.
It is so much fun and brings out the humanity in me.Voices of Our Future Application: Your Journey and Vision
