My Personal Assets Map : Connecting with you!

I believe in the academic potential of Latin-American students, therefore, I invest my time in developing projects that contribute to their personal and professional development. I envision a world where students from developing countries are not limited by money or access to opportunities. Hence, my dream is to empower students from developing countries so they will change their societies and be worldwide recognize for their unique set of skills and for their outstanding professional work.

I can recognize certain features that make citizens from developing countries citizens very valuable employees. For example, I think that people that comes from a low-income family has developed the sense for finding innovative and creative solutions for daily problems. This skill is very important for any company that is looking for team members that are problem solving oriented. Moreover, the strong family tights that exist in developing countries teach us how to be great team players and enhances our sense of community, which again is quite cherished within any company. More personally, I think these two features are important pillars in my life and push me to develop projects to help fellow students.

Finally, knowing that there are many students wondering how they can do to succeed with their careers inspire me to find new ways on how to help them… and I will. I hope that with all the international background and cultural experiences I have gained I will be able to deliver and give back to my community. Moreover, I am currently very active online and offline trying to look for organizations and like-minded people with whom to connect, give feedback, inspire eachother and/or stablish innovative partnerships with the end result to create a better world for everyone!
