At IPAT we are always looking for resources to help the people we serve. We create many resources ourselves, but sometimes it is awesome to not have torecreate the wheel. Recently Icame across some great resources for people with low vision and blindness from the Washington State School for the Blind.
The technology project provides consultative and direct instruction services to WSSB and the local school districts. Collaborations are available to the local school district at no charge. Intensive support is provided for the following assistive technology products:
Apple Products: VoiceOver, both Macintosh and iPad
BrailleNote
Chromebook (Low Vision Only)
Duxbury
IntelliTools Products: Classroom Suite 5 and Overlay Maker 3
JAWS and Window Eyes
OCR Technology
Magic and ZoomText
