I am in a contest to launch a \"dream project\" for change. The winner receives $1,000US to start their own project, and I am hoping to launch a youth media initiative in Tamil Nadu, India. The project would teach low-income students photography skills while engaging them in dialogues about three key issues: health/wellness, self-esteem and suicide prevention.
