Support one another

How well do you love those who are not so easy to love? How can you learn to do better in that area? How would Jesus treat that person? Go and do likewise.

In the same way that we are loved and accepted of God we should be loving and accepting of others. Should we ever feel as if we do not want to accept others we must remember the acceptance that was demonstrated to us in Christ.

Eph. 4:32

Again this passage reminds us that the reason that we should be kind to one another is because of the treatment that we have received from Jesus. We should be forgiving to each other because Jesus has forgiven us.

Col. 3:13

This passage talks about forgiveness, Just as Christ forgave we should also forgive one another. We are forgiving and kindhearted toward one another because Jesus first showed this type of love toward us.

James 5:16

This passage talks about a healing which takes place when we are together in community. When we confess to one another our faults God will do something special for us. A healthy community is a community where confession is made. We must not only confess our faults to others when we have hurt them but we must also confess our sins to God.
.

1 Pet. 4:9

We should learn to do service to one another without complaining.

1 John 1:7

If we live the truth that is revealed in the life of Jesus we have fellowship with one another. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all of our sins.

The way that we love those who are not easy to love is only by the grace of God. We must practice the love of God, we must also be patient, and we must pray for God's help.

1 Pet. 3:8

We should seek to live harmoniously, sympathetic, kind hearted , and humble in spirit towards one another. If we as a church family were able to practice these graces then the church would be transformed
Prayer:

1 Thess. 4:18

We are to speak to one another in words of comfort rather than words of discomfort. We are to use our power of speech to cheer up and to encourage the body of believers.

Father thank you for all of the love that you have shown to us. Thank you for the example of Jesus Christ. Teach us to love the way that you loved. Help us to truly become your disciples. Thank you Father in Jesus name amen.
