VOF WEEK 1 (A promising path for change)

Life has never been the same for me since joining pulse wire and web 2.0. I have always wanted to get a broader picture of a global woman and to my amazement instead i found a promised path for women, which directs, shapes a woman and makes her realize her dignity and discover her self.

The world of web 2.0 has not only opened my eyes but has brought the world of women which was so drifted apart closer than never before.on this site women share information so freely and everyone benefit from the same information without restrictions. with every problem there is a solid solution which brings with it change in a woman's intellectuality and helps her to make the right decision in life which contribute to her development and the environment surrounding her. this same solution helps her to feel part of the global and diminish fear from her, because she realize she is not alone but is surrounded by her fellow women backing her.

Web 2.0 has helped me to learn alot of other issues concerning women around the world i never thought of, and has helped me to note that am not alone in the fight for women change. it has also enabled me to help in solving other people(women's) problem in my home town. Am now able to express my views openly and fight for what is right concerning myself and my fellow woman!
web 2.0 brings about a lot of solution to global women empowerment movement in the following way

Knowledge (information): as the say is power. i believe every woman who is on this site has been empowered through sharing of information. a lot of information on issues affecting women has been displaced by a lot of women(influential) on this site. this has enabled women to know their rights and a lot have discovered who they are and how their potential can contribute to a better world. hence a lot of women are moving in a new and better direction.
Opportunities have been created for lots of women. on this site there are referral services offered, those who know of organisation which grant help and assistance gladly give out such information.
Psycho-social, spiritual support is also offered on web 2.0. people with common problems are able to address and help each other.
Just like i have explained above, web2.0 has greatly empowered me through information, has broaden my understanding of women's rights, problems faced by women together with the solutions for women.
surly this is a promising path for any woman!
