New business needs: Fresh Natural Tomato processing

Hi, my name is Deborah Nzekwu an African woman farmer. Just joined this forum and I'm glad to know this exist. I'd love to meet other women who are into poultry, farming and agribusiness. I have been doing business for some timeand need funding for an innovative idea that meets the craving need for women and households to have freshly blended tomatoes packaged. In orderto increase its shelf life and tackle the scarcity of tomato in the off seasonsin the year, when it becomes expensive. This product idea has been unexplored and I am currently conducting research andinterviewingconsumers and this hasshowna need to have such a product available. Especially with the challenge faced early this year with the disease that attacked tomato crop and created a huge scarcity in Northern Nigeria.

Packaging and affordabilityis their key concern for interviewed consumers. I would also love to know about thesebrands of freshly packagedtomatoproducts in other countries.
