VICTIME HIER ET ACTEUR AUJOURD'HUI

La culture numérique est un potentiel important en R.D.CONGO en générale et particulièrement dans la province du SUD KIVU longtemps secouée par des guerres imposées avec des conséquences néfastes telle que les viols et violences faites aux femmes, le vols, l’exploitation illégale des ressources naturelles et la destruction non seulement de l’environnement , mais, aussi du tissu social.
Mes besoins sont accès sur l’éducation et la formation, la Technologie et les innovations pour ainsi, me permettre de quitter mon état de victime (illettré par rapport à la nouvelle technologie d’information et de communication) pour devenir acteur accrochée à la culture numérique.
Je travaille depuis une décennie comme acteur de développement en milieu rural et ce seulement en 2013 par le biais de MAMA SHUJAA/D.R.CONGO que j’ai eu touché l’ordinateur et palper les capacités des techniques d’information et de communication dont regorge l’internet.
Au jour d’aujourd’hui, je collabore avec le monde extérieur par l’entremise des acteurs multisectoriels qui entendent les voix des femmes rurales. Oui, je suis un homme voué au changement de la femme, doué et expérimenté en matière des femmes. Et pour exemple, une organisation Suédoise (Adult Learning and Empowment Fund) qui accompagne des femmes en R.D.CONGO dans le SUD KIVU en territoire de KABARE à travers le projet d’autonomisation et l’alphabétisation des adultes et jeunes en langue maternelle. Bien sûre, cette activités nécessite un coup des mains pour ainsi capitaliser et opérationnaliser les résultats d’une étude socio-économique à KABARE qui a prouvé à suffisance que 70% de la population est analphabète dont 52% SONT DES FEMMES ET FILLES ;
Maintenant que, certaines des apprenantes savent lire, écrire et manipuler les chiffres souhaitent faire entendre leurs voix en ligne, utiliser l’outil informatique de manière régulière et enfin faire de la culture numérique une passion.

YESTERDAY A VICTIM, and TODAY AN ACTOR

Digital literacy is an important potential in the DRC in particularly in the province of South Kivu long shaken by imposed wars with negative consequences such as rape and violence against women, thefts, illegal exploitation of natural resources and the destruction of not only the environment but also of the social fabric.
My needs are to access education and training, technology and innovations so it can allow me to leave my victim status (illiterate compared to the new technology of information and communication) and to become an actor attached to the digital culture.
I worked for a decade as an actor of development in rural areas, and only in 2013 through the Mama Shujaa/DRC that I had touched the computer and felt the full capacity of the information and communication with the internet.
As of today, I collaborate with the outside world by multisectural actors who hear the voices of rural women. Yes, I am a man dedicated to change for women, talented and experienced women. And for example, a Swedish organization (Adult Learning and Empowerment Fund) that accompanies DRC women in South Kibu in Kabare through the empowerment and adult literacy and youth language. Although secure, this work requires capitalization and the ability to make operational results of a socio-economic study in Kabare which sufficiently proved that 70% of the population is illiterate and 52% are women and girls.
Now that some learners can read, write and play with numbers- those wishing to have their voices heard online, use computers regularly and finally make digital culture a passion.
