When Victims are made suspects by Police and RCMP

Without Prejudice

These are true stories in Canada regarding law enforcement in British Columbia railroading witnesses and victims in cases making them suspects and allowing the criminals to go free,

I had been warned about this prior to my personal experience with this and find thee cases

alarming as they are far to common in practice.

The protocol is not followed in most cases to conduct an investigation and false reports are generated by the officers involved which the reader of these reports will find shocking in their content.

My own physician arranged an urgent meeting with me to warn me about this. I had been working on cases for some time presenting evidence, yet no consequences for the guilty parties.

The cases varied from child abuse to break and enter, assault, extortion and drug use and drug dealers as well as other crimes.

in some of the cases we discovered the defendants were related to a police officer and in another case the defendants had close ties to RCMP. The 2 law enforcements then colludid to destroy the credibility of witnesses and victims, then creating a hate crime and having innocent victims and witnesses black listed.

My physician confirmed this in a meeting and I quote " The RCMP are trying to rail road you Diane" I sat in his office  stunned at this remark and another doctor in the room witnessed the entire conversation. I also taped the interview.

In the city of Victoria BC is where some of these cases took place and witnesses were harrassed by police  , several lost their jobs due to coming forward. Other cases toom place in Port Hardy and Port Alice results were the same.

We are now looking for lawyers to pursue these matters and anyone who can help with these cases.

letters of support are  greatly appreciated

our laws must be enforced not negated by this type of corruption or coercive control which is exercised by so called law enforcement which appears to be a contradiction in terms.

No one is above the law and accountability and transparancy are a must at all times.
