Trials and Tribulations/ Against the Ropes

I have been dealing with court matters for a number of years and attended both provincial court and supreme court. there are several cases before the courts now. One dealing with a couple that scammed and cheated many people out of money and ran a contracting business to do this. there are over 19 victims and they owe over 100,000 dollars. The courts are used in a malicious manner by these types of people and theystall and then file bankruptcyto get out of paying the people whose lives they have harmed.

The second case is domestic violence and also the need for spousal support etc. The spouse or gentleman denies the entire relationship even though a number of witnesses have written for court on this. the the government sent confirmation by letter of the 5 year common law relationship, then the IWA pension was submitted proving the male spouse had wife down as spouse on pension. then thereeis the will proving same in kind.

then there is the tape of male threatening female right before he took door off the house to gain entry and Dr expert testimoaney about all of this. then there is the fact the wife or female spouse moved 300 miles gave up her job education home etc to live with this man.

The man himself owns over 800.000 in assets, real estate boats etc and has 300,000 in term depositsand 32,000 in pensions each year.

The female had a trust fund but male spouseinsisted on handling this trust fund of about 70,000 and became the trustee, money all gone now, he is alsoexecutor of her will and that definitely needs to be changed asap.but after being impoverished by the male in question just surviving each month has proven to be challenging.

he has high priced lawyer to support his deception in court she has long hours of case work and file fees etc causing furtherhardship and yet the courts allow this to continue and the lawyer has not even played by rules.

The case in question is my case and I have a body of evidence etc and now face debilitating medical conditions etc.

I had a number of near death experience and have been cleaned out abused and threatenedfor over 5 years I can ill afford a lawyer but I was informed you get the justice you pay for
