LOOKING FOR SPONSORSHIP FOR AMANI WOMEN GROUP

Amani Women Group is a group of women found in Kisukulu area, Ilala District, Dar es Salaam Region here in Tanzania. The group is currently having 20 members from which all of them have residence at Kisukuru Street. The aim of this group is to help each other of family matters and assisting our children on school fees and other necessary requirements. The group was formed in 2005 and most of the members are house wife except two which including my self and one who is a primary teacher.

The big challenge which is facing our group is source of fund. The only source of fund we have is the monthly contribution from group members. That fund can be borrowed with a group member with an interest of 2% and return it within 3 month to provide a chance for other member to borrow the money. The amount cannot exceed Tshs 300,000/= unless otherwise agreed by the group differently with special case.

To overcome the challenge, the group thought of having training on entrepreneurial skill and Business so that the small amount of money borrowed from the group can be used to generate fund to solve the problem permanently. The problem now is where to get the funds for facilitators and conference facilities for the training.

On behalf of the group, I am requesting anyone from any place who can sponsor the AMANI WOMEN GROUP or assist to find Sponsor or who can advise in any means to make our group to another step, I will appreciate on behalf the members.
