Being the only woman in the management team in our organization for five years now, working with a team of men, this made me more stronger. Leading a company of 250 employee and 78% are men at a competitive post, i fill proud of myself. On the interview we were 6 and only me a lady, but I did it! I am working as Business Support Manager to the Drilling and Dam Construction Agency a government entity. The secrete of my success is self motivation, hardworking, confidence and innovative. I always take challenges as an opportunity and move forward. The only lady who managed to be appointed to the higher post at age of 36 to the organisation. Then I am a leader! Domina
