Some Words Of Inspiration

Posted April 7, 2014 from Nigeria

There are times when you may feel that things are not going the way you had planned, imagined or expected.

There are several reasons for this state of affairs. Some are self-inflicted while others may actually be beyond the immediate control of the person in that kind of situation.

However, no matter what the circumstances are or what may have happened, it is important to always take a cursory look at the lessons to be learned from that experience.

That means you must learn to always take responsibility for your actions (or inaction) and the outcomes of that conduct. The best way to move forward which has proven to be the maxim of very successful people, is to "Accept What Is"

This is the concept which is captured in "The Serenity Prayer"; and it will be nice if you feel the "emotional vibes" of the words as you recite them. Feel and be-at-one with the "God Principle" as you utter the very first word of this inspirational prayer:

"God Grant Me The Serenity To Accept The Things I Cannot Change, The Courage To Change The Things I Can; and The Wisdom To Know The Difference."

One very important point to always bear in mind is this:

It is not so much of what has happened or will happen that matters but your ATTITUDE towards it.

Here are some other inspirational quotes that can HELP uplift you to always look at "The Sunny Side Of Life" as the Spring Season ushers in Warmer Days and New, Healthy Life-Giving Growths.

"There is little difference in people, but that little difference makes a big difference. The little difference is Attitude. The big difference is whether it is Positive or Negative." -- Clement Stone

"Shallow men (and women)believe in luck, believe in circumstances: It was somebody’s name, or he happened to be there at the right time, Or it was so then, and another day it would have been otherwise. Strong men (and women) believe in cause and effect." -- Ralph Waldo Emerson

"The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a person’s determination." -- Tommy Lasorda

Take note of that word "impossible" which has always been "mis-spoken" and believed in by many people.

Look carefully and observe that in reality, the word spells and speaks of itself correctly; thus:

Remember, it is not so much of what has happened or will happen that matters. It is your ATTITUDE towards it that counts the most.

Sending to you the Many Blessings of the Spring Season with Love and Affection!

ENGLISH Dear Beloved DR-SOS Thank you very much for your advice, and especially for the verse of prayer, I invite each of us to ponder. Personally, we have identified three things: - Serenity to accept the things that we exceed too and we can not change; - The courage to overcome obstacles such termination; - And above all wisdom, not only in order to discern "the difference", but especially to understand the unspoken beyond this difference. That said, let me remind you that the Bible teaches us that "God has not given us a spirit of fear and cowardice, but of courage, struggle and bravery." In any case, once again thank you for your contribution through this publication. Dear Joseph-Jacques,

Thank you for your comments. That was lovely and as expected. I commend your thoughtfulness.

The idea behind the article is to "INSPIRE" people to think "Outside The Box" and then take "ACTION" on how to "IMPROVE" their lives. There are many ways to look at each circumstance or situation as people are different with different backgrounds, training, beliefs orientation, etc.

As the human mind is very versatile, it can be a matrix of infinite permutations and combinations when one situation is looked at by a great number of people. Therefore to move forward, everyone must find his or her "RHYTHM". The one that fits them.

There are no limitations except the ones set by people themselves. That is why I highlighted this line:

"It is not so much of what has happened or will happen that matters but your ATTITUDE towards it."

All said, I am happy that you got the INSPIRATION to comment on the article and bring in new ideas that will propel and MOTIVATE others to take ACTION on how to IMPROVE their lives.

Thank you very much for your contribution and comments. They are deeply appreciated

With Warmest Regards.

I am serving as an ambassador to the 2015 Parliament of the World's Religions in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.

The purpose of this event is to create harmony, not necessarily agreement, among the spiritual voices on our shared earth.

I would very much like to bring the harmony of World Pulse voices with me. I am planning a One Billion Rising event in conjunction with the Women's Initiative on the fisrt day of the parliament. Please look at the attached links and let me know if you'd like to add your voice.

Continue being a blessing in our shared universe.
