A question that is important to me

Even after 10 years of living in SE Asia and another five of traveling there regularly on business, I still haven't mastered the finesse of managing noodles

With every step from the first communication with World Pulse, I become more and more excited about finding a home for my passion to contributeto women entrepreneurs in emerging countries.

I knew I had made the right decision when I learned that we would have an active volunteer group. This is about a learning process for all of us. I can tell already that I am in the company of truly amazing people.

If I could propose a question to all the mentors. How do we make our first meeting with our Leaders one in which they feel equal, clearly heard and comfortable?

What I always do with online coaching is for each of us to share a core story that comes from our hearts. Eager to hear your ideas about making that first session all it should be.

Hi Nancy!!

Good to meet you in this space! Thanks so much for posting your question here for other mentors. It looks like others may not have seen your post. At this time it may already be a moot point, but it might also be good to hear how everyone has already navigated this first meeting with their Leaders. I would recommend reaching out to other mentors by private message and encouraging them to use this group for discussion.

At this time, they will have to regularly check the group page to check for new posts as we unfortunately do not yet have notifications set up so that group members are alerted of new content. This functionality is currently being built for the site.

Thanks again for bringing this discussion to the volunteer group, and please let me know if you have any questions as you get started navigating the World Pulse community!

Warm regards,

Emily
