SHe shared her story  and it was halve solve.

l got up this morning  and decided to go out  to say hi to some poeple, after interacting with few people l saw this little girl with a plastic bag in her hand conterning her few books, walking so sad and with her right hand below her eyes.

l call her hey girl come  what is it that you are crying?

Girl:- mama good morning .

Me:- good morning dear.what is the matter?, and why are you crying on the road ?she stood for a while and was only crying and filling  desapointed .l insist while taping her from behine .she open up and said ,

mama l am worried about my parents .

what about them?

Girl:- ma for three years now l have not seen them or hear from them .

Why?

There are in the bush in Widikom because our house has been burn .

where are you staying now ?

l am staying with my aunt who does not take care of me as

my parent use to .

l am feeling like to go and comitte suicide , so that l can just die and forget about this world .

No No don't it has not come to that baby, l wish to help you .with some basic needs at the moment . She wipe her eyes and ask me  ma will you help me lets  go and look for my parents?.  And l replied bebe go to school when coming back try and see me.

She left and was a little bit comforted .

Dear sister l when back in the house with a heavy heart not knowing what to tell her when she returned from school .

2:30 l had a knock on the gate it was her..l quickly hug her and let her in the house alfter given her food, now l had to talk with her one on one .l tool her that in no distand time she will see her parent .and she was a little bit relived and left saying mama thank you .

For how long will this continue.?

When will there be real dialogue to solve this problem.?

Where are we heading to ?

I am sorry for the children  who lost their parents .

Hello, dear sister Edith,

Wow, you are one lifesaver! I am so glad you were able to notice this woman in her sadness. Who knows if you didn't stop to talk to her, she might be on her way to ending her life.

You are a she-ro, dear. Your questions are valid, though. How many daughters are feeling that way? How many are there women like you who are ready to comfort and lend a helping hand?

I hope the crisis in Cameroon ends ASAP. Thank you for sharing this story. I pray that she will find peace of mind and a good support system.

Have a great day!

A problem shared is half solved indeed. Thank you for being a shoulder for her to cry on. In that moment, you played the role of her parents. You provided comfort when she needed it the most. She went to school a bit relief, and with hope. May God continue to give you the strength, resources, and wisdom to be there for all who cross your path in need.
