HIV patient Raped! Who would you assist first?

About a week ago, a girl was reported to have been violated by a group of 3 men. She was also said to be suffering from HIV. I am sure you would bear with me that no woman condones or will ever condone rape. Chat with some adults and youths and they will tell you rape is on the increase because girls have the habit of enticing men with scanty dressing. I always associate rape to wickedness, disrespect and hatred for the female family. Thus whoever perpetrates such an act should not hide under the canopy of having been enticed.
This girl is an HIV carrier and was sexually assaulted by the boys who had no knowledge of her status. It is possible that they might have contracted the virus or re infected the girl in case any of them was suffering from an STD.
In this case, who would you want to assist on first thought? The lady who is already a carrier or the boys whose number could spell a faster spread of the HIV pandemic?
