Neema Namadamu, World Pulse community member and women's empowerment leader in the Democratic Republic of Congohas a program there called Days for Girls.

Days for Girls is a leadership training program for adolescent girls who sew and sell reusable sanitary napkin kits and teach reproductive health and rights to girls who don't otherwise have access to such resources in efforts to prevent girls from missing school during menstruation. Neema plans to add a bra to each kit, an equally scarce resource in this remote area.

If you have any lightly used bras that you don't wear anymore, you can come by the World Pulse office Monday through Wednesday (between the hours of 9 to 5) this week to drop them off. Attached is a flyer which explains more about the program.

The World Pulse office is located at 1006 SE Grand Ave., Suite 200.

Thank you!
