Dear Aspire woman,

Come and join women and men from all over the world for the Aspire 'Trailblazing Leadership'freeonline event to celebrate International Women's Day 2016.

Here is some of what they have to say…

“I am sure that there were many women leaping home in joy and full of commitments to start making their dreams a reality. Thank you for creating/enhancing this positive outlook.” Doerte Steinhoff, Senior Geologist, BP, Australia

"I just wanted to say how brilliant I thought the Aspire event was. I took so much from it and am excited about the next step for me. Thanks for your inspiration, motivation and energy." Laura Stead, Advertising Manager, BMW Group, UK

“Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to attend the Trailblazing Leadership event! It was one of the most inspiring and “take action” events that have ever attended!” Blanca Ayuso, Team Leader Design and Multimedia, SOS Children’s Villages International, Vienna

“While Aspire has a strong focus on gender diversity and women leaders, they strike a balance which, as a man,has made me feel totally included and equally supported. I have recommended Aspire to many people.” John Fenech, International Organisational Development Consultant, The Bank of New York Mellon

“I just wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU for a great webinar. The webinar really was useful and inspiring, and believe me, we are already putting those instruments to use!” Joanna Golina, Togliatti Branch Manager, FINCA Russia

This event is one part of our goal is make a difference to 1 billion women by 2020 and support The International Women's Day 2016 campaign theme #PledgeForParity. Everyone - men and women - can pledge to take a concrete step to help achieve gender parity more quickly - whether to help women and girls achieve their ambitions, call for gender-balanced leadership, respect and value difference, develop more inclusive and flexible cultures or root out workplace bias. Each of us can be a leader within our own spheres of influence and commit to take pragmatic action to accelerate and trailblaze a better world for all.

Hello Faith,

This training has already passed (it was on March 10 and 11) but it looks like Masalien's (Sally) was able to attend. Perhaps you could reach out to her by private message and ask if she can share some of her notes or learnings with you!

Here is a link to her profile on World Pulse: https://www.worldpulse.com/en/community/users/masaliens

Take care,

Emily
