Making The Final Round Of The Queen's Young Leader Award Tells Me To Work Harder!

Reading the email I received from the Queen's Young Leader Award Executive this morning has given mee the push-on to keep working.

After reading and putting into practice the steps put out by Suzanne Mooney to leverage our networks and transform our worlds, I was able to write my story and share it with the world. And it payed-off, though I didn't win the prize, I know I am on the right track. I am aware I am making progress.

Though I didn't get selected the gave me an offer to become an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society and here is what they said ''However, we would still very much wish you to be part of The Queen’s Young Leaders programme and, in recognition of your impressive work, would like to invite you to become an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society. This would, of course, be at no cost to you. The Royal Commonwealth Society (RCS) is a network of individuals and organisations committed to improving the lives and prospects of Commonwealth citizens, and membership will enable you to engage directly in the future of the Commonwealth and to meet others who share your desire to help their communities to prosper.''
