Let's break the stigma associated with infertility.

It can be very challenging when a woman or a couple struggles with infertility and even so depressing when their financial situation inhibits them from experiencing the joy of parenthood.

Additionally, in many countries especially in developing countries, infertility is stigmatized and seen as a source of shame. In some societies, infertility is believed to be associated with witchcraft and a promiscuous lifestyle. Such stigmas have only worsened the already difficult psychology life of those struggling with infertility.

The challenges mentioned above can be emotionally, financially and physically draining which can lead to complex feelings of anxiety, failure, depression, blame and isolation.

As head of EEF (NGO), we have a strong message to pass on, the world needs to come to that realization that childless women are not outcast, they are our sisters, our neighbors, our cousins, our aunties, our daughters and our friends, so they need our love and support each step of the way.

Hello, Edith,

Welcome to World Pulse! It is such a joy that another voice from Cameroon is rising up!

I love your message. It's true society should stop the stigma on women having issues with infertility. This does not make them less of a woman. Thank you for raising awareness about this. I agree that what you are advocating is delivering a strong message of inclusion, acceptance, and love.

We are so happy you are here. I look forward to reading more about your stories. Please keep on writing! I'm curious how did you learn about World Pulse.

Welcome again!

Dear Karen,
Thank you for your comment. It is full of energy, warmth and love. I appreciate you for seeing the importance of raising awareness on a subject that is less talked about yet negatively eats deep into the lives of those battling with it.
I found myself reading a story from a link on the internet that took me directly to World Pulse's website and since I joined yesterday, less than 24 hours, I have already spent 10 hours on it. It is a great space to be in, very inspiring.
Thank you once again for the warm welcome and would love to share my stories with you and everyone else on this platform.

Dear Jill,

Thank you too for finding my post interesting. I have been struggling with infertility for years, I have had to face so many challenges and become a victim because I am yet to be a biological mother but I decided to change the narrative by bringing awareness and support to those struggling with infertility especially as it is an area less talked about.
The foundation is less than a year and you can learn more about it from its website: www.endaleedithfoundation.com
We have the following accounts on social media:

Thank you once again Jill

Hi dear Endale,
What you've started is really a good one. Awareness on such issues is very important. Even in our country, many women are blamed for being infertile which is not their fault. God bless you! Keep it up, dear sister!!
