IMPACT

My organization- NLK is  a frontline organization, it works  along other stakeholders  in the target programme communities  to  increase ’’ support to prevent Violence against women, HIV and spreading of the COVID-19 outbreak. Our Goal is to  end  domestic violence's, of course all forms of violence against women, girls and children  and  ensure   balanced power between women and men in our communities. Along other development actors and stakeholders in the target programme community we  offer support to girls and women; men choosing nonviolence; offering support to other  development activists in the grass root communities of Ethiopia. Our objective is to improve the target women’s social, economic and health situations; regardless of their gender and health status as an active development process of their communities in which they take initiatives and action that is stimulated by their own thinking and deliberation and which they can effectively influence.  Between  2013 to 2020  thousands of women, grandmothers and girls have benefited from our programme. We would like to continue commitment to empower women and girls in our grassroots communities.   we appreciate possible collaboration  with  local and international resource providers towards increasing the impact of our socio- economic empowerment  programme by reaching more and more women, elderly, girls and other vulnerable groups of in our grassroots communities.
