How the world would be if women take the lead!

 Very many times, women are stepped on and even considered to be vulnerable in some societies denying them the right to exercise their abilities not only in my country but also in other countries.

However, I've taken time to sit down and realized what the world would be if women take the biggest leadership positions and also when involved in decision making processes. I guess societies work better to the top. Not only that, women would stop being fragile.; this is because they will take fearless actions in order to uplift their societies.

Having women in power makes a real difference. As the number of women MPs increased in commons, we have seen major steps forward in tackling gender discrimination which uplifts more and more women including men at balance. Unseen female executives mobilize and encourage other women thereby building up a strong foundation for the young generation.

Of course, having female leaders isn't the end itself but it's part of a broad movement that sees women taking their rightful place as equals at every level in society.
