Children should obey and respect their parents

Story
When children grow up, they are expected to look after their parents. Parents invest a lot of time and resources to ensure that their children are at school and have a better career. In return, parents expect that the children will provide support at a time when the parents are too old to do any productive work.
In our community however, there is a man who has shocked a lot of people. He is always harassing his mother. His father died some time ago, leaving behind his wife and some children. One of the children is now demanding that the house is his and that his mother should stay away from the house. The man once stole the title deeds of the house with the intention of selling it but some legal requirement prevented him from doing that.
The man has since banished his mother to live in the workers cottage. The poor woman tried to engage the services of the local police but this did not help because her son is a well-known person with a lot of connections in the police force.
This kind of behaviour has angered a lot of people in the community. The people cannot intervene because they feel that this is a domestic dispute.
