You are enough

Hello everyone,I don't know where to begin but I have been through hell and back. The immense trauma I had to endure is hard to put in words(I was tortured, abused and so so so much more. You can go against the world but what to do when it's your own that do that to you?).And not one person that was  there to wipe my tears or even give me 2 kind  words of support. Every one just lectured and judged. Life seemed like an ongoing war. And so one day I took a stand and said enough, and decided to fight myself... I didn't  hide in shame, or despair. It's the abusers that should hide in shame. But our mentality is we always finger point the victim not the offender. And we need to change that mindset. We the women have to stand together and be each other's support system. So my message is for all you lovely ladies out there, decide what you want and then take a stand and  keep going. I know it's nice to have support from others. But if you don't, then .don't think you can't do it,because you can. You are enough. Thank you for reading my post.

Hi there:-)

Welcome to World Pulse! I'm so sorry to hear you've had to endure so much, dear:-( But, wow, you're so strong and brave... thanks for sharing your beautiful and strong message! I'm looking forward to seeing more posts from you and learning what your mission is!

Hello, Fearless sister,

Yes, you are enough. It's really painful to undergo torture and abuse especially when it's your own who do those to you. You are in the right place. World Pulse is a safe online space to unburden yourself from all those traumatic experiences. Our sisters here will not judge you, instead, they will send supportive words of encouragement.

I was able to process my healing just by sharing my stories here. What I didn't expect was the empathy and encouragement I received. I felt heard here. I felt I matter. I hope the experience will be the same for you.

Welcome to World Pulse! Looking forward to reading your stories. :)

I just want to leave a comment to all the wonderful lovely women here for your support and kind words. If we all stand together there is nothing we can't do. So here to women power. You go girls. And let's all keep going and growing together in our sisterhood.

Yes! That’s true! You are wonderful, too.

Hi FabnFearless,
You began in the perfect way, stating boldly what you have been through and calling on sisters to stand together against abuse and reminding us how strong we are even individually when we speak out. A big welcome to World Pulse!

Thank you so much. I see you have Canadian flag on your post. Where are you in Canada? I am in Montreal. Wishing you a great day ahead.
