Le CICR face à un nouveou drame hunitaire dans le Nord-Kivu.
De toute urgence,le comité internationale de la croix-rouge(CICR) a dû mobiliser des ressources supplémentaires pour venir au secours 14.OOO nouveoux déplacés dans la zone de Rutshuru à l'Est de masisi.
Ces 14.OOO victimes assistées s'ajoutent à plus de 5O.OOO déplacés récents dans toute la région en proie à un coflit opposant tribus autochones zaÏraises et immigrés d'origine rwandaise.
Suite à une première distribution d'assistance non-alimentaire en faveur d'un groupe de tutsi de la zone de lubero qui s'était réfugié à Goma,le 15 avril dernier,le CICR a distridué couvertures,jerricans et savons à 6.5OO déplacés hutus à Rutshuru le 16 et 19 avril,puis les 25 et 26 avril,à 6.7OO déplacés Hunde et Nande à Kibirizi ou Nord de la Zone de Rutshuru.\"cette asistance favorise la reinstallation tmporaire des ces déplacés dans les villages existantas,grâce à un extra ordinaire effort des familles d'accuiel de la région,qui font preuve d'une grande générosite \"Souligne Jean-luc Joliat,Délégué-secours du CICR dans le masisi.
