help revive almost shattered dreams

Hello everyone ,
My name is Amiani Faith and I am 18 years old I sat for my KCSE exams last year.
I'm very worried about my dream of studying abroad
because of the obstacles that are preventing me from pursuing it.
I go to the Internet find an institution offering a scholarships when I apply
one of the qualifications is having a ILETS or TOEFL certification and sitting for the exams is 19500ksh for non- UK universities and 20-30,000ksh for UK based universities.
I'm very worried because my parents are not financially able to cater for that or any other expenses that come with scholarships of studying abroad
I really need help and I'm sure that it's not me alone,
Many other peoples dreams are shattered due to similar problems.
I AM HOPING FOR A POSITIVE AND FAST FEEDBACK..
mainly because time is running and I WAITS FOR NO MAN.
