About Me

I'm a nomadic journalist, based wherever there’s an internet connection. I have a particular interest in digital journalism and exploring innovation in media.

My writing has appeared in The Huffington Post, The Guardian, Devex, The International Journalists’ Network, Matador Network, Women’s Media Centre, Mic.com and been referenced by Quartz, The Washington Post and El Colombiano. I was formerly an intern at the United Nations Development Programme and a graduate fellow at the Knight Lab at Northwestern University. Currently, I'm a contributor to the international women’s rights platform Girls’ Globe and a Knight / VICE fellow in New York City.

Originally from Jamaica, I've lived and worked in Bermuda, Canada, Scotland, Argentina, Hong Kong and the U.S.A, and write on international affairs, health, social justice, travel and culture.

I'm also always up for competing with you on Xbox.
