MY HOPE OF INSPIRING AND LIBERATION

I have been thinking for long on how to inspiring myself and my people. we are women that people believe we are different from them (women in purdah of Nigeria), they called us extremist, boko haram, most believe we have hiding agenda, many thought we are leprosy and cannot do anything, that we are harbour by our husband and the likes.

Whereas the ideology is totally wrong is a misconception of taught. The situation always end up in oppression, which gave room for quarrel often, I was in this for many years on how to change the wrong notion about us (women in purdah), without solution.

One day I just woke up with a dream that we are the builder of nations, we are society of changes, our impact must be felt in the societies, we have to put end into oppression of women in purdah in our society, an’t we Elite, Educated, Traders, School girls, Market women, Workers? Why are we treated as second rated citizen? An end must be put into this. This is where I started searching for the way out to let societies understand us and the reason behind our purdah , we are not an enemies of progress, we are reformers.

This is what overwhelm me and I started going different programmes related to women both in my community, local government and state level to effect changes. But, non suited my opinion, am not satisfied, we need a society of ours, where we can actualize our vision, our voice must be raise to achieved our right.

We are people of peace and harmony, we are not an illiterate, we can differentiate right from wrong. I was totally disturbed and keep searching on internet the world of women and their help to women organization, I was doing this not knowing my brother was watching me, he often told me he love me to be a woman activist for my organization, I always told him am trying saying keep on trying.

On that very night day, I was tired and frustrated, If you cannot dress naked no job for you. I was about to sleep that the message got to my mobile phone read “check this website and work quickly on it don’t loose a chance, (worldpulse.com/pulsewire/groups/63653) via my brother”. I was very happy , am in a state of estacy. The sleep vanish quickly, connect my laptop to see the miracle of the night.

Wao! What is this? Is it a dream or vision? I could not hold my happiness, I was full of bliss on visited the website with the front heading “2013 VOICES OF OUR FUTURE APPLICANTS”. No one speaks for me, I speak for myself. I could see clearly that this is a revolution and the attainment of peace in the world of women. I join the movement by becoming a member and quickly applied for 2013 voice of our applicant.

Since that day have become a member of worldpulse.com. I receive messages, read others stories, learn more on connection, make friends around the world, heard news, e.t.c. This is the hope have been waiting for to inspiring and liberate my group from depression and become the future of the voice of women of the world.
