Presently, I work with the Nigerian public service and I run my own NGO called the Safe Haven Foundation (SHF). SHF creates awareness against domestic violence through education, advocacy and research. Our main goal is to provide free temporary shelter in Abuja for women and their children who are fleeing their attacker. Statistics has shown that most women remain in abusive relationships because they do not have anywhere to go to. SHF intends to bridge that gap.
My goal in life is to make positive impact in the lives of people everywhere through my work and to be able to be the voice of the voiceless and less privileged.
My vision for the future is to see the unification of mankind and the acceptance of all despite our race, colour, language, background and sex.
