#I stand withher @ safe place

2019 has been a great year for me. As a world pulse ambassador i feel honored and i am so grateful for the opportunity to share more of world pulse. since joining world pulse as a member i can only say thank you to our dear sisters who thought of this online platform. it has changed me as a person. i have made friends, sisters and even partners in my campaigns of gender based violence. besides personal gains,  i have reached out to many women at my community. young and old sisters who have become part of me. Together we have created a safe space for  us, offline we come together to our safe space. Our safe space is a replica of world pulse plat form. in these safe spaces women and girls  can open and share experiences freely without pressure or judgement in an age appropriate, confidential and supportive environment. Safe space builds a sense of common identity and purpose between girls and women enhance connected-ness build strong support systems that are essential for recovery from violence. Safe space help survivors of gender-based violence and other crises events to foster self-efficacy to overcome feeling of helplessness and build resilience.   our safe space started with 13 women and 90% of these women were suicidal but with time they have found a shoulder to cry on, a sister to share their stories with and a found resources to economically empower themselves.

The years ended with a higher notch of going online and meeting fellow sisters online and they are grateful to join world pulse a platform for sisterhood.  sharing lunch together and reflection on the past one year was a greatest thing for us.

personally i am encouraged to have more and more women on world pulse platform. i salute the founders and managers of world pulse.

Happy holidays all sisters on world pulse platform. lets continue being there for one another you never know how many lives you are transforming.
