INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY.

Today is the International Women's Day a recognition of the struggles and efforts of the woman as she strives to create a balance in the workplace and the home front. We remember notable women figures who have championed the course of women and demanded equality for both sexes.
This year the International Women's Day theme from the United Nations says;
Women in the Changing World of Work: Planet 50-50 by 2030.
The theme does not hide behind the fact that most countries of the world are yet to establish equal pay for equal work. Women because of their gender are pushed behind the curtains of their sexuality and are maligned from attaining the same status quo as their male counterparts even when they deserve these graces.
International Women's Day which is celebrated on the 8th of March every year comes with a campaign hashtag #BeBoldforChange. This justifies the essence of the theme that if women must achieve a changed world of work all around the world. Then as women we must be bold to enforce that change.And this can only happen when women come together, lifting each other and encouraging the other to achieve and have ambitions.
When women arise with one voice our voices would echo all around the world.
We would be heard and there would be no stopping us till we have BECOME.
Women in the Work places are you fully employed or self-employed it's time to Kick ASS.
#BEBOLDFORCHANGE.
