Pagglait (mad)

When women become wise the whole world will call them pagglait(mad)

From the moment a girl is born she'll be judged for every little thing. The way she should sit, stand, walk, dress, weight and what not. Don't get me wrong everyone gets judged.

But I am gonna talk about ladies. 

In some households women are raised to obey the unwritten patriarchal rules. That's the starting point where women stopped living for themselves. 

In my middle school once I saw a teacher was dress coding a girl for wear ankle length socks. Apparently the inches from below knee to ankle is provoking?? Trust me I still don't get it.

The different rules for boys and girls in schools and colleges also repeats the same story.

All these places where women are supposed to establish their freedom and their individuaity is somehow suppressed. Even small things like wearing a dress of their choice or going out to have fun or marrying a guy they like are denied for them and mostly those decisions are made for them.

That's why most women forget to live their life and if they are even making a small choice for themselves in their adulthood. They are called selfish or crazy. 

Not everyone is living in the brutal world that I am talking about. Some people have that happiness making those small choices for themselves. Lead their life in their own way and they can explore their freedom and individuality. That's the world we all need.

So my all pagglaits out there.... Stay Awesome
