Oregon author publishes her book 'The Eve Chronicles' by Diane DeVillers (aka girlpower)

"Felix and Eve" is about when Eve moves to the beautiful Oregon coast in Gold Beach where she spends the summer with an elderly man who needs a live-in caregiver after he has heart bypass surgery. Felix is very set in his ways and Eve is a free-spirited, counterculture woman in the 80's when women were finding their place in the world. It doesn't take long before Felix starts to warm up and tells her about his past when he worked for the notorious gangster Al Capone.

"The Arrangement" is when Eve a now retired baby boomer, who buys property on Moon Mountain in Eugene an eclectictown of artists and other progressives. Vinnie lives in a yurt in her backyard. Every year under a special arrangement Eve travels to Catalina Island to spend time with her former lover who suffers from a debilitatingtype of Multiple Sclerosis. Vinnie is in love with Eve but remains silent.
