To my sisters "Happy International Women's day"

To all my sisters, across this great earth, may you continue to find out who you are, to use your voice and to empower other women and girls. We are united in the fight to open our hearts to the goodness of the earth that we can tap into. May you all feel the joy of being one with each other. Across the miles, we owe it to our selves to empower each other.

Women can change the world, get registered to vote, run for office in your government, invest in companies that promote women advancing. In America we still need to pass the Equal Rights Amendment, for some reason I thought that we had passed that when feminists asked for equal pay, but the Amendment hadn't passed, several states voted against it.

Women still make 78cents on the dollar that men make doing the same job. As more women fill the House and Senate I believe the ERA would pass, it would make law that women are paid the same as men doing the same job. Sounds fair. Doesn't it?
