Introducing myself and my journal: Food for Thought

About Me:
My passion is exploring the amazing world we live in and meeting the incredible people who share it. I have lived and traveled in Asia for the past 20 years, and during my travels I saw the plight of women struggling to provide even the basic necessities for their families and their children. I was so inspired by the strength and grace of the women I met that I was compelled to establish a project that would improve the lives of marginalized women around the world. My goal is to provide economic opportunities that draw on their natural skills, talents and culture as well as provide micro-loans that enable them to develop sustainable business projects.
