through thick and thin always with mama..

Mum for all the sorrows you've been through, the hardship and the tears fallen from your eyes...the pain you've experienced when you watch him cry loudly for help. Telling you which part is painful. I know when it happens you have a deep desire to make it go away, you have become a doctor , you learnt all dosage that can calm pain, you know how to inject not from any college but life has taught you.. when my brother who sickle cell anemia experiences a crisis your name is the first one he calls. because he knows how much you care.

sometimes you feel abandoned and helpless.. when only both of you remain in the hospital room.. i wonder what goes into your mind. but above all you keep hoping for the best. you think of all the wishes you had while being pregnant.. wishing for this baby to be great, joyful, happy and fulfilled.. your hope never grows weary you compassion mum has no competition, because you understand our pain from your womb.. you qualify for any x-factor..

you have a great blessing to many, never rejecting what God has given you. to all mum in the world i thank you for the patience you have, never giving up on you children even when they turn into beast or make you go through thick and thin..

woman what a blessing to have you... may the Lord strengthen you, give you the wisdom to educate the great generation of AFRICA and the whole world.

To you Butunga Buterezi.
