About Me

Tracy Barry, is an author and founder of Grow Women Leaders Global Inc and GROW Foundation. Under GROW, she has created Project 150 which showcases accomplished immigrant women and the untold stories of immigrant in Canada to inspire, educate and mentor others. Named among 6 most empowering immigrant women in Canada 2018 by Canadian Immigrant Magazine. Tracy believes that anyone’s life can change or improve by learning from the experiences of others. This is achieved through the Speak Out Series and book “Project 150: Gradual Rising of Women, Narrating Untold Stories of Immigrant Women in Canada,” and other related sub-projects. The Speak Out Series are conversation cafes held in artisan coffee-houses and public libraries across Canada. The series is a platform for immigrant women to share experiences and network, but also open to everyone, while the book unravels challenges, successes and accomplishments of immigrant women in Canada through inspiring narratives.
