About Me

I pursued my B.Sc. (Life Sciences) from Punjab University, Chandigarh, India and M.Sc. (Botany) from D.E.I,, Agra, India and had submitted a project report on “Culturing of Spirulina sp. in-vitro environment”. After which; for next three years I worked as a research scholar in Plant Pathology Lab in Aligarh Muslim University, India. During this time period; I worked with Plant Nematodes (Meloidogyne sp.) and their integrated-pest-management. The purpose of the study was to reduce the damage caused by Plant Nematodes on the plants and on crop yield. Also, the focus was to reduce and minimize the utilization of chemical pesticides; as they cause severe damage to our environment. Besides, several pesticides get into human food chain due to absorption by plant roots and through leaf pores.

After which I moved to the corporate world and worked with servicing industry for almost a decade. In my corporate career; I worked with several National and International outsourcing giants (MNCs).

Finally, I got a chance to do M.B.A. from NIMS University, Jaipur, India. My specialization is “Human Resource Management”. Currently, I am working as HR Manager in a small organization i.e. Upright Publications, India. Also, I am doing virtual volunteering with two NGOs; one based in Ghana and other in U.S.A.

I am providing free HR consultation to National and International NGOs.

My Vision

To develop a community for Indian women to come together, support and mentor each other in exploiting the better opportunity of Education and Employment nationally and internationally. Also, to support and train; for protecting self and fellow women during any crisis especially sexual abuse or harassment.

Let's pledge, that we will take a stand to make sure that; there will be no more Nirbhaya Case in this country and in the world.
