VNoW --- Launching

It's an endless story started on March 10, 2002, by joining a small supermarket as a backend officer just lie operations manager role. They told me they were giving INR 17K to the previous girl. So, I told them money will not be a problem, let me join and work; you just see my work and then we will talk. #Corona19 hit the world, and we opened that supermarket because of government permissions. I worked for two months doing everything from billing to preparing documents and creating an online portal for grocery shopping. I talked to my boss and ask for INR 30K and he agreed; they paid nothing. On 28th July 2020, one of the two directors came into the picture and declared that I am being relieved as they are not earning any profits and salaries are too high. I took that news gracefully and left with proper handover; they owe me INR 95k; they paid me INR25K. According to the director, how could my immediate boss who the son of the second director took the decisions to keep my salaries so high?  My boss Sandeep Panwar came to my house and lied on my face that he never agreed to pay me INR30k per month. In fact, he told me they cannot pay more than INR15K  as that's what they were paying to the previous employee. Not only this, he called me tried to use my emotions and use his kids as bate; so I will join a new organization and work with them.

I decide that I am doing something different and started writing as if I have to work for free, then why for what I enjoy?

Why not work on my newly registered organization i.e. Bio Haven Club Pvt Ltd and launch my new social services project which I started 5 years ago i.e. VNoW; Virtual Network of Women.
