Lupane Women's Development Trust improves livelihoods through Crafts



Lupane Women's Development Trust in Zimbabwe's drought stricken province of Matebeleland North helps women put food on the table for its members. The women who work in Production units weave baskets which the Trust sells on their behalf in different markets. On average 400 weavers earn about US$ 40.00 a month. The Trust also carries out training in various agricultural skills.
