Being a community mobilizer is a very challenging task because it is not easy to deal with individuals especially in Africa and mostly in Cameroon. But I believe with the help of world pulse I will be able to deal with some of the challenges.
Firstly the political situation at which we find ourselves makes it difficult to convince a client to abide to what you tell her.
Secondly the pandemic which is terrifying the whole world.
With the political problems, it has ruin the lives of somany young girls (teenagers). So many were rape because they were running away from their home (villages) for safety. Most of them became pregnant in the process. Approaching a home, you are termed to be a spy because of a lot of harassment, kidnapping and killings.
Some complain of finances because of unemployment and they squart, since they are IDP's.
In a home you find about 17to20 people squarting which is not save due to the pandemic. You find them with local face mask which is unhealthy, no sanitizer, no saop, just about 3to4 bucket in a home.
In my country there is a problem with the flow of water which makes the uncertainty of the peoples health in some areas.
I would like this community to direct me on this issue.

Hello, Honorine,
I could attest that being a community mobilizer is a challenging role. Witnessing the struggles of communities firsthand takes a lot of strength, courage, and even mental toughness. There are a lot of problems and issues to address, but there usually are limited time and resources.
You're so courageous to take this path less taken. It surely is not for the faith of heart. I pray your find wisdom on what to do, dear. Please practice a lot of self-care and protection, too.
Thanks for sharing!

Hello my dear sister. I can feel your pain and frustration because I live in the same region and experience some of those in my humanitarian work. Please let your passion to serve be your source of strength. But at the same time take care of your self.
I pray the situation will certainly improve.
