Supporting the performance in homes, schools and communities especially in our rural areas.

The promotion of menstral hygiene through education and management is another way of creating awareness and being sensitive, broke the taboos and negative practices that segregate and disfavour both parties during their period.

Enhance education and provide needs especially for teenage girls, making them to know how to manage their circle without embarassment and frustration. 

Support needy and vulnerable women and girls to access sanitary towels especially those in hard-to-reach areas. Ensure necessary facilities for  proper management of menstral hygiene by using clean water, washroom and safe disposal points. 

We have to monitor, watch out and ensure that the girls and women with complications are taken to a health service for proper care and treatment.

This will help some of these women and girls to know how to take care of themselves because it is  said "ignorance is a disease".
