I am Breathless

I am breathless
I am breathless, I am breathless
No one can see how I am feeling
My lungs are tied up with a rope,
So the suffocated air does not get inside.
I wish anyone can lose that rope
Because I cannot take deep breath,
So I am breathless.

I can no longer tolerate the tormented bodies of my mothers and sisters
I cannot see the ruby blood spilling out from their bodies
I can no longer endure the red wounds burning on their skins
I cannot see their unidentified faces caused by acid
I cannot keep silent the ignorance of my mothers’ and sisters’ rights,
Whose bodies were used, and now throw them in filthy streets;
Where anyone can use their devastated bodies.

Alas! Who have done this to my mothers and sisters?
I know those tyrants are my fathers and brothers,
Who have tortured my mothers and sisters like slaves,
Who have treated my mothers and sisters as animals.
Nevertheless, I don’t care what my insane fathers and brothers think,
But I am saying that they are not human, only wild animals.

Alas! You will not realize what I am saying and feeling right now
Because your lungs are not tied.
However, will you feel sympathy for me and open that rope,
So that I can take a deep breath and say passionately,
Hey! Wild Fathers and brothers of my nation,
Shame on you for causing pain to your mothers and sisters.
