About Me

A social entrepreneur empowering women to establish and build their own enterprises. Our company, AFRiLOSOPHY provides manufacturing and financial management skills in rural areas and creates opportunities for local economic development. Our organization, Voice of Women Salone (VoWS),
mentors girls in secondary and tertiary institutions to bridge the gap between study and career, and to bridge the intergenerational gap between younger and older women. We provide training and support to those running for political office, as well as leadership training to young women. Changing social norms is a challenge but I’ve realized that as in any other kind of change, it starts with self. Therefore, VoWS aims to build a cadre of women who first believe in themselves and in other women.
Aiming to support 1000 women to run for political office by 2023. This is not possible without funding so the economic empowerment is a crucial element. Our scheme has trained 250 women in our saving circles.
