Manzanita - First draft Itinerary

Dear Bea, Darcy, Natasha, Stephen, Kathy, Cynda, Ellen, Lynn, Dorothy, and Nanci,

Are you ready for the confluence?

August 8 – 10 we will all flow together at the breathtaking Manzanita Bay on the Oregon Coast!

Here are the basics to help you make your travel plans:

Thursday, August 7th: Optional Arrival Date for those that wish to spend a first night in Portland. We will have cocktails at 7pm in Portland for those who have arrived to gather, laugh and connect,(location for drinks and dinner to be announced) but you are on your own for accommodations. If you don’t have a beloved friend or sister you are dying to stay with, we can provide recommendations for great hotel spots.

Friday, August 8th: Day of Visioning. Leave for the Coast by 10 a.m.! (Drive to the coast is approximately 2 hours). From 1 pm to 6 pm we will hold our first group meeting, with an 8 pm dinner that evening. Check in times at accommodations may not be available until 4 p.m. Accommodations near the beach & the home of the amazing Darcy Winslow!

Saturday, August 9th: Day of Action. Pow WOW from 9 am to 3 pm, then free to build sandcastles, build bonfires, roast marshmallows… and optional group dinner at 7 pm. One more night of sleeping with the sound of the sea and then…

Sunday, August 10th: Disperse, Depart, and goodbyes!
