Evo Coca y Crimen

Se llamaba Sophia. No la conocíamos y desgarra el alma saber que sólo conocimos su muerte. La joven bioquímica trabajaba bien, hacía el bien a las personas y un hombre con maldad en el alma cegó sus 26 preciosos años. Nunca en nuestra sociedad vimos a un joven actuar con tanta maldad, con tanta alevosía.

Es que los crímenes en Bolivia, pero especialmente en Santa Cruz, son cada vez más crueles. Toda la violencia que ocurre, es cada vez más cruel. Pero en mi opinión tenemos, como sociedad, que ir más allá de ver el efecto y atacar la causa. La gente no se vuelve así de mala y cruel sin que haya una razón. Los crímenes son solo el efecto, son los resultados de la enfermedad. La causa verdadera es la droga.

Si no atacamos a la droga, que es la que causa un cambio y alteración en el cerebro de las personas, no vamos a disminuir estos hechos que nos afectan tanto. Hablemos, como sociedad, la verdad un poco más completa.

En el año 2000, año de menor cantidad de hectáreas de coca cultivada, teníamos 14600Ha. Ahí empezó a gestarse lo que los socialistas llamarían el “golpe blando”, que a punta de paros, huelgas y bloqueos, y bajo pretexto de impedir que se concrete el negocio gasífero boliviano con transnacionales, se llevó a cabo para provocar la renuncia de Gonzalo Sánchez de Lozada y tuvo, finalmente, el corolario de entronizar en el poder a Evo Morales, que hoy gobierna por noveno año consecutivo. Para el cuarto año de mandato de Evo Morales, o sea 2010, la cantidad subió a 31000Ha, más del doble del año 2000. De 2010 a 2014, hubo un decremento hasta llegar a 23000Ha, que significan un 64% más de cultivos que en el año 2000.

Además, hay que tomar en cuenta que hoy se cultiva la coca negra, que tiene el doble de rendimiento de cocaína, y que se han modernizado los procesos de elaboración de cocaína, siendo así que los insumos para el negocio drogadicto incluyen no solo precursores, sino también lavadoras, y otras máquinas que hoy gozan de cierta protección callada del gobierno nacional para su importación y venta en Bolivia.

Así las cosas, hoy tenemos pueblos enteros dedicados a la fabricación de droga, zonas prohibidas para la entrada del estado, y la hoja de coca no paga más que un humilde patente, mientras que todas las demás actividades de lucro, pagan grandes impuestos. Por eso, por la facilidad de acceso a la droga terminada, el número de consumidores adictos a la cocaína ha subido mucho. El gobierno no le ha dedicado tiempo a estudiar estos fenómenos, y mucho menos dinero. Será tal vez porque el presidente Morales, primero es presidente de las federaciones de cocaleros del Chapare, tierra en la que no entra el estado, y luego recién, de los demás bolivianos.

Mientras no veamos que la drogadicción es la causa del enajenamiento mental de muchos bolivianos, de todas las clases sociales, no podremos evitar los crímenes. Uno no puede curar un cáncer con aspirinas. Uno no puede mandar a un ratón a que cuide el queso. Uno no puede mirar a otro lado y esperar que nada le pase a su familia. Todos estamos en peligro. Es tiempo de actuar.

Un gobierno cuyo ilegal candidato presidente ha incluido la construcción de la carretera a través del TIPNIS como propuesta electoral, demuestra que no tiene intención alguna de disminuir la cantidad de hectáreas de coca cultivada a niveles del año 2000, sino de aumentarlas con la inclusión de las áreas de cultivo que cocaleros de las federaciones que preside Evo Morales, están avasallando en el TIPNIS, reserva natural que está siendo depredada para cultivar coca.

Como nación, cada Buen Boliviano tiene el deber de conocer la causa del cáncer que debemos exterminar. Pero uno no se cura de semejante enfermedad fácilmente. Hemos sido demasiado condescendientes con la plata sucia que viene del narcotráfico, y con quienes producen cocaína en el país. Hoy, nos toca comenzar la sanación. Vamos a sacar del gobierno al presidente de los cocaleros, para empezar. Si no lo hacemos, no podremos decir que somos víctimas de los drogadictos, sino que seremos sus CÓMPLICES.

Votar con las víctimas de violencia en mente, poner nuestro corazón y nuestra pasión en erradicar el mal de raíz, es nuestro deber ciudadano. Vamos a trabajar juntos, vamos a hacer mejores cosas. La propaganda, no se come. La propaganda, no nos devuelve la vida de quienes se van por culpa del circuito Evo-coca, perdón, coca-droga que nos inunda.

While we do not see that drug addiction is the cause of the mental distress of many Bolivians, of all social levels, we would not be able to prevent crimes. We cannot cure a cancer with aspirin. We cannot order a rat to take care of the cheese. We cannot look to the other side and expect that nothing will happen to your family. We are all in danger. It is time to act.

A government whose illegal presidential candidate has included the construction of the road through TIPNIS as an electoral proposal, demonstrates that he has no intention to decrease the quantity of hectares of cultivated coca to year 2000 levels, but to increase with the inclusion of the cultivation areas who coca growers of the federations that Evo Morales presides, are overwhelming in the TIPNIS, natural reserve that is being pillaged to cultivate coca.

As a nation, each good Bolivian has the duty to know the cause of cancer that we have to exterminate. But we do not heal of such disease easily. We have been too condescendents with the dirty money that comes from drug trafficking, and with who produce cocaine in the country. Today, it is our turn to start the healing. Let us remove from the government the president of the coca growers, to begin with. If we do not do it, we would not be able to say that we are victims of the drug addicts, but that we want to be ACCOMPLICES.

To vote with the violence victims in mind, to put our heart and our passion to eradicate the root cause, is our duty as citizen. Let us work together, let us do better things. The propaganda is not eatable. The propaganda does not return to us the lives of those who left due to the Evo-coca circuit, sorry, coca-drug that drowns us.
