woman be motivated and think out of the box

Do our governments wants to tell us that they don’t have solutions to the killing issue?
Why cant we organised some meetings with our communities to talk about poverty, passion killing, violence against both gender and education and see how we can solve problems? I think if create more jobs opportunities we will not die like sick poison chickens at all.let us woman have our own business and create jobs to young dropped school girls and boys to avoid prostitutions and rapist.everyday we read 19 -down years old raped or even kill another boy or girl in streets,cant we do something about this issues? I know that the young once are very talented they can do more,,some are very good in dance, singing,drawing art, designing and many more..i believe if we come up with a non or low profit traning school we will save lot of lives in the whole world.
