Dear Voices of Our Future Applicant,

It is with pure joy that we send you a link to your first assignment!

To view your first assignment and learning material, please click here: http://www.worldpulse.com/node/8190

The content is presented so that the most critical information you need for successful participation, the assignment and frequently asked questions, is first. You will then find the learning objectives, plus a navigation scroll bar that provides quick access to the learning content.

The first assignment is due next Tuesday, March 24th at 11:59 HCT.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are honored and humbled to be on this journey with you.

With love,

Jennifer and the World Pulse Team

Thank you Jennifer and the World Pulse Team for the wonderful work that you are doing.

Rather than waiting until the deadline, I was navigating through the site to understand how to acces the journal to submit my entry. I still do not understand.

Is it this comment box? If not, please let me know how to access it. Thank you.

Anette,

Greetings! I am thrilled that you dove in... I think that this question will be helpful for many members!

First, you must be logged in to create a new journal entry. Once logged in, there are several ways you can add to and view your journal:

  1. From any page on the site, click on "MY PULSE" on the far right side of the main RED navigation bar toward the top of the page. "MY PULSE" will take you to your user profile. On your user profile you should see five tabs. Click on the second tab "Journal" then on the orange button, "Post to My Journal."

  2. Click on "MyVoice" under "PulseWire Tools" on the right side of the screen and pull down to "Edit your public profile" and click on "Journal" tab. Then, click on "Post to Your Journal."

  3. On the PulseWire homepage: Under "Voices Rising" click on "Post to your Journal."

Does this answer your question? If not, please let us know.

Hi Jenny and World pulse team, thank you so much for the first part of the journey. There is so much to learn but as women, we always have room for something extra. We are the change that the world requires. Lets strive towards that direction.

Sunita,

You need to write about yourself on PulseWire only. I just reread that paragraph and realized it was confusing, so I've removed the example of Facebook. Thank for you calling attention to this!

I just want to say how much I appreciate your work and the PulseWire Team.

Hi Jennifer, I was really looking forward to this program but my computer decided to mess me up, it just deveolped a problem as such i can't browse. This happened a day after after my last post- a week ago or so. It is with regards to this that i did not carry out the first assignment. Presently, it is undergoing repairs and i don't know for sure how long it will take, i risk missing out on the second assignment too.

I jus had an opportunity to browse today with someone's laptop so i said i should inform you and know about my chances to be part of this program.

Thanks for your usual understanding and my sincere regards.
